Most organisations already have ERP, CRM and other business systems in place. The challenge is that operational work often happens between them: data sits across different systems and spreadsheets, approvals move through email or Teams, and people have to bring the context together manually before they can act.

This session shows how AI and automation can connect these existing systems into practical operational workflows - bringing the right information together, routing approvals, highlighting risks and exceptions, and showing people what needs attention without replacing the systems they already use or taking decisions away from them.

During the session, you will learn:
